Ingredients
- 3 medium avocados
- 2 T lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 C sour cream
- ½ C mayonnaise
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 2 10½ ounce cans Frito Lay bean dip – plain or jalapeño
- 1 large bunch scallions
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 package sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
- Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper
- Mix sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning
- Layer in the following order
1) bean dip
2) avocado mix
3) sour cream/mayo mix
4) tomatoes
5) sprinkle cheese
6) olives
7) scallions - Serve with nacho chips (2 bags)
