Ingredients
- 2 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- Fresh mint
- crushed ice
Directions
- Muddle the mint, lemon juice and simple syrup at the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add chartreuse and top with ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with mint.
