
A creation by bartender Maurice of The Breton Hotel in Newport, RI. The perfect balance of sweet, lemon and ginger….so good! It may not still be on their drink menu, but they do still make them.
- 2 ounce Grey Goose Le Poive
- ¾ ounce Eldeflower
- 2 drops/squeeze of lemon juice
- top off with Prosecco
- garnish – candied ginger & pear
Garnish with a thin slice of whole pear and 1-to-2 pieces of candied ginger and serve in a sugar rimmed martini glass.
