I haven’t even tasted these yet, but when I asked the Washington School House Hotel for the recipe for their peanut butter cookies, they said “you have to try these too“.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of butter
- 1½ cups sugar
- 1½ cups brown sugar
- 1 T vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 5 cups flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Mix butter and sugars
- Add eggs and vanilla
- Mix all dry ingredients with chocolate chips
- Add to wet ingredients and mix just to combine
- Scoop into balls and freeze dough before baking
- Bake at 375 degrees for 6-7 minutes if convection oven; add 2-3 minutes if conventional
