Ingredients
- 4 eggs, separated
- 2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 cup milk
- 6 T butter, melted
- Maple syrup for serving
- extra points for fresh berries and whipped cream
Instructions
- Beat egg whites until stiff, set aside
- In mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients
- In separate bowl, beat milk, egg yolks and melted butter
- Add milk/egg/butter mixture to dry ingredients
- Beat until smooth
- Fold egg whites into batter
- Cook using a Belgian waffle maker
