This recipe is really simple. When I was busy working and the kids were in school and not driving yet…and sports…and dance classes…., this was part of our weekly rotation at LEAST once a week, if not twice. I personally like dark meat because it is typically more moist (and tasty IMO), but the rest of my family prefer chicken breasts. These chicken breasts stay moist and the skin is so deliciously crunchy, so its a win for me too.
Ingredients
- chicken breasts, or what ever parts you prefer
- olive oil
- Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
- Drogheria & Alimentari’s Garlic Mill
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Line a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken with tin foil
- Place chicken in baking dish, spritz with olive oil and then season with salt, pepper and ground garlic
- Bake for 45-to-55 minutes (smaller breasts will be done in 45, larger ones take a little longer)
- Serve as is, or with a side of BBQ sauce for dipping ← I use Nosy Neighbor BBQ

Here’s a link for ordering Drogheria & Alimentari’s Organic Garlic Mill on Amazon if you can’t find it in your local grocery store. It’s definitely cheaper if you can find it locally though. |
