I recently purchased the Instant Pot Duo Plus with the Air Fryer lid on Amazon. We’ve all been cooking sooo much more with COVID and I was looking for a way to cut down on time and labor to give myself a break a few days a week. I tried a few recipes that I found online but nothing blew my hair back. I did have better success with the air fryer attachment and was starting to think that I’d sell the Instant Pot and get a dedicated Air Fryer instead. But then a friend turned me on to a cookbook written by Christopher Kimball of Milk Street Cafe. I’ve cooked only one of his recipes so far, but it was a total game changer; I can’t wait to try more.

| I purchased the Instant Pot Duo Plus from Amazon in early December 2020. With all the cooking I’m doing now, I was looking for ways to create yummy meals that didn’t require as much supervision so that I could chill more in the evenings. | |
| I purchased the Instant Pot Air Fryer Lid to go with the Duo since I had heard great things about air frying and was eager to try it. | |
| Here’s a link for ordering Milk Street Fast and Slow on Amazon. I gave the book a complete read through the day it arrived. Christopher does a fantastic job at explaining all the tricks to using an Instant Pot that I have yet to read anywhere else. I am really really loving this cookbook! | |
